The Roots of
Waiapu Road

Above all I am a māmā, wife to my Samoan husband and proud wahine Māori. We reside in the beautiful Kahungunu but I hail from the mighty East Coast where I was born and bred. Our whānau homestead sits neatly on Waiapu Road.

Waiapu Road - The road that leads me home, was inspired by my deep love for my whakapapa and tūrangawaewae. In an ever changing world those parts of me remain the same, in an ever challenging world knowing where I’m from anchors me.

Our kaupapa at Waiapu Road is to empower and enhance through expression and comfort of beautiful kākahu and adornments all dreamt up right here in Aotearoa.
