How Do I Return An Item?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What Items can be exchanged?
Waiapu Road may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit or exchange if the item it is the wrong size or you receive the incorrect order:
Items Must:
- be returned within 7 working days of delivery
- Be in brand new, unused condition.
- Have original tags attached and is in its original packaging.
In the event you try to exchange your item for a different size, but your size isn't available, we may offer you store credit
What items can be refunded?
Refunds are only available for items that Waiapu Road deems damaged or are faulty upon delivery
Items must be
- in original condition with tags
- Unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Please note: Items marked as Final Sale and Pre-Orders are Non-Refundable, unless the item is deemed Faulty or Damaged. We do not offer refunds for 'Change of Mind' purchases or buying the 'wrong item', so please shop carefully.

Are There Any Charges For A Return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How Long Will It Take To Get A Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
How Long Will It Take To Get An Exchange?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.- Please Note: Exchanging an item means replacing a returned item with another of the same item in a different size or colour, if available. We do not offer exchanges for different products.
- If you are approved an exchange but your size is no longer in stock, we may issue you store credit to be used for future purchases.
