How Do I Return An Item?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What Items Can be returned for refund or exchange?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • If your purchase is the wrong size
  • if your purchase is faulty or damaged

Items must

  • be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

What cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Change of mind purchases - so choose carefully
  • Final Sale Items
  • Jewellery
  • Vouchers/Gift Cards
  • Free gifts and promotional products

Are There Any Charges For A Return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How Long Will It Take To Get A Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Please note: All items marked as final sale or Pre-Order are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

How Long Will It Take To Get An Exchange?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • Please Note: Exchanging an item means replacing a returned item with another of the same item in a different size or colour, if available. We do not offer exchanges for different products.
If you are approved your exchange will be processed within 5 working days.
  • If you are approved an exchange but your size is no longer in stock, we may issue you store credit to be used for future purchases.
