Pre-order items are purchased in advance of being manufactured, which means they are sent to purchases within the timeframes mentioned in the product description.
Pre-orders are non-refundable. Once the item is in stock and has arrived in New Zealand, we can offer:
- An exchange if you have purchased the incorrect size, and your requested exchange size is available
- Store credit if the required size is not available and the customer no longer wants the item
No refunds are available unless the item is faulty, as outlined in Clause 5 of our Refund Policy.
